Start with around about 18 inches of floss so that you give enough space to every tooth. Now wrap its ends around your fingers and keep around 2 inches. And then gently curve it around the teeth edges to the gum line. Don’t force the floss in between your teeth, it may harm your sensitive gums. Now follow the back and forth motion that was took to get in the teeth, then to remove the floss.
The most common floss available in the market is nylon, but it easily breaks. So you should prefer PTFE floss which is last longing and easily slides between teeth.
Flossing should be done daily and properly and you are always welcome to visit Nadia Kiderman.
